Gross rent yield is derived from ACS tract-level median gross rent; tracts with suppressed or sentinel ACS rent values are shown as n/a. Rankings reflect the model's point estimates (model data as of 2026-05-10) and are not investment advice. Tracts retired in the post-2020 Census geometry are excluded where coverage is insufficient.
