Open Data
Free Census-Tract Real Estate Dataset
This open dataset packages the per-tract data published across the Verus-AI Research library into one machine-readable, openly-licensed file. Each row is a single U.S. Census tract โ the sub-ZIP grain at which the model scores markets.
It carries the Verus-AI 0-100 investment score and grade for every tract, plus ACS median home value and gross rent yield where those were published. The proprietary five-year price forecast is not included in the bulk file; it is shown per tract on the research pages.
